Designed by R.H. Stuckey, the Quanah courthouse was completed in 1908. The Beaux-Arts structure, built with brick atop a raised basement of Indiana limestone, is part of the Quanah Commercial Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Hardeman County Courthouse, the county’s third courthouse, is a Texas Historic Landmark.
