Capitolshots Photography’s collection of images of the Lowndes County Courthouse in Hayneville, Alabama.

Built between 1856-58 and significantly enlarged in 1905, the Hayneville courthouse, a Greek Revival structure designed by Robert Mills, is one of four antebellum courthouses still in use in Alabama. The Lowndes County Courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
