Capitolshots Photography’s collection of images of the Refugio County Courthouse in Refugio, Texas.
Designed by Atlee B. Ayres and built in 1919, the Refugio courthouse, a brick Texas Renaissance structure and the county’s fifth courthouse, was expanded in a 1950 redesign, with Irving H. Dunbar designing the expansion. The Refugio County Courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Texas Historic Landmark.
