Capitolshots Photography’s collection of images of the Throckmorton County Courthouse in Throckmorton, Texas as it neared the end of restoration in 2015.
Designed by Martin, Byrnes And Johnston, the Throckmorton courthouse was built in 1890. The limestone Throckmorton County Courthouse, a Second Empire structure and the county’s second courthouse, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Texas Historic Landmark. Renovations to the Throckmorton County Courthouse included installation of the cupola.
