Constructed in 1895, the Mount Pleasant courthouse was remodeled in 1940 in a Moderne style and in 1962 in a more modern manner. In 1990, the firm of Eubanks-Harris remodeled the Titus County Courthouse yet again, restoring it to its 1940s Moderne appearance.
