Capitolshots Photography’s collection of images of the Cochran County Courthouse in Morton, Texas.
Originally built in 1926, the Morton courthouse was designed by W.R. Kaufman in a traditional Texas Renaissance manner. The brick Cochran County Courthouse, the only courthouse ever to serve the county, was remodeled and expanded in 1968 into its current modern configuration.
