Capitolshots Photography’s collection of images of the Runnels County Courthouse in Ballinger, Texas.
Designed by Eugene T. Heiner, the Ballinger courthouse was completed in 1889. The Runnels County Courthouse, a Second Empire structure, was extensively renovated in 1941, leading to the removal of the tower and the Mansard roof. The building is a Texas Historic Landmark.
