Photos of the ruins of the historic Reagan County Courthouse in the ghost town of Stiles, Texas. Built in 1911 and designed by William Martin, the limestone structure served as the Reagan County Courthouse until the county seat was relocated to Big Lake after Stiles was bypassed by the railroad. The building, which is all that remains of Stiles, was largely destroyed by arson on Christmas Eve 1999. The historic Stiles courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Texas Historic Landmark.

The historic Rockwall County Courthouse, a Moderne structure, was renovated by Phoenix I Restoration And Construction, Ltd. in 2002. The building continues to host county offices, though the county judicial system has relocated to another building.

Photos of the former Rockwall County Government Center in Rockwall, Texas. Rockwall County purchased the building in 1995 for use as a temporary courthouse. A new Rockwall County Courthouse was completed a couple of miles to the south on the frontage road of Interstate 30 in 2011.

The Runnels County Courthouse, a Second Empire structure, was extensively renovated in 1941, leading to the removal of the tower and the Mansard roof. The building is a Texas Historic Landmark.

A 1950 remodeling led to the removal of the tower of the Scurry County Courthouse, and a much more severe remodeling in 1972, led by Joseph D. Hinton, resulted in the granite modern structure which stands today.

The limestone building, a Moderne structure and the third courthouse to serve Travis County, was dedicated to Sweatt, the first Black student admitted to the University Of Texas School Of Law, in 2005.

The Austin courthouse, part of the Travis County Justice Complex, was designed by Graeber, Simmons And Cowan and Herndon, Staunch And Associates. The Wise County Courthouse, a Richardsonian Romanesque structure made of Texas pink granite, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Texas Historic Landmark.
